An entire war is actively happening, so you have the units and additional troops that reflect that especially with the variation in looks but at times I feel like its too much.
In Exodus, for me it didn't feel fitting for there to be so many Spartans for the simple reason that Noble was meant to be working in that area and Noble alone. Additionally the at times just don't know what to do with so many other AI.
Either way extremely good without making everything feel cluttered and too much 24/7.
NPCs, including troopers and the rest of Noble, do not follow; they remain standing in the second level of base exterior.
If there is only one thing that is missing - is extending the swap weapon feature with friendly Noble Team AI
