Built for CPU and block limits

The Aurora is a medium sized Carrier, that can be upgraded to fight up to battlecruiser sized enemies. Its main function is that of a mobile base, so to fulfill that it comes with all the support functions you can dream of. The Hangar is large enough for small CVs, like my M1 miner, and the ship does come with HV-ramps in the Front and Back.
Hydroponics is prepared, grow plots are not included. Replace the blocks directly under the grow lights to add them. The lift thrust will be plenty for regular gravity, for high gravity (3g+) you should however upgrade the lift thrusters first.

The Main Flight deck is large enough for many endgame CVs, including my Starflare from the same design line.

Stock weaponry is catered towards drone defense, the shield should be more than enough to keep you safe in the occasional unexpected encounter, until you get some Aux. Cores to upgrade the fighting capabilities of the ship (should you want to do that).

Note this is not a Helios-Style Supercarrier. It is a medium sized ship that can serve as your daily driver, especially when you go for a SV-centered playthrough.

Anything thats more than a starter type creation will need to be reworked for RE2.

Great ship. I'm using it in my playthrough now.
Put few autominer turrets and had lot of fun time with splitting one 640k Cargo Controller into two 320k Harvest and Cargo :steamhappy:

Absolutely love this carrier! I was curious if you would be opposed to me sharing a modified version i did that I made a little wider and taller to fit more thrust, and added a bunch of platforms to fit auto mining turrets?
