Adopt Local Culture

Description
Adds a decision that lets you convert your country to another culture (like religion).

For Imperator 2.0.*.
Should be compatible with everything.

The decision becomes available if:
  • A Native Majority (see below) is integrated.
  • You have below 60 Stability.
  • Your ruler matches a number of criteria (see picture).
  • Note: These conditions are not necessarily definitive, feel free to comment.

A Native Majority is a culture other than your primary culture, that represents at least 50% of the population in the capital area, capital region or whole country.

Upon taking the decision, both your country and ruler convert to the new culture.
The most loyal characters of the former primary culture have a chance to convert as well.

Aftermath:
Your country receives the Local Culture Adopted debuff for 10 years.
While it is active, loyal characters of the former primary culture have a chance of adopting the new culture. Make sure to keep your stability, legitimacy and popularity high, however, or your ruler might be challenged by a pretender of either the former or newer primary culture. If a pretender arises, you may accept their conditions... or fight them in a civil war.

Notes:
· The decision is available to the player only.
· Republics are not eligible. Somehow it wouldn't feel right.

While this mod "should be compatible with everything", Imperator and other mods were developed under the assumption that you would generally not be able to change your culture.
It's probable that some culture-related missions or events won't be available, or develop in a weird or unintended way. Please use this mod at your own risk.

I was able to change culture with debug mode

@JoJo You can add, edit or remove requirements in the mod's files. My idea here was to make it a realistically rare scenario, something you need the stars to align for. That being said, your ruler shouldn't need the Tolerant trait if they're young and skilled enough. Ping me on Discord (same name, Invictus server) if you need help in editing the files, or we can just chat about rebalancing this mod.

@RagingPapist Agreed. It makes more sense to me that a republic would adapt to a majority culture than a government ruled by an ethnic tribal council or monarch that is likely of the same blood, if anything those people would have a vested interest in -not- doing this decision.
I'm going to try fixing it for myself but I wouldn't know how to communicate it here without making a mess of the comments page.

In addition to the previous comment, I understand the thinking that goes into requiring your ruier have the tolerant trait to take this decision but in practice this seems unworkable. Idk how to guarantee my ruler get his trait outside of just cycling through them with kill commands and even then it takes a while to get a good roll. I could just not understand something kind of fundamental in how to encourage I get a ruler with this trait but in practice I think I need to turn this requirement off for myself, otherwise there's no point in having the mod as I'd never be able to use it.

Is there a way to make this work for Republics? It makes sense to culture swap if the nation is comprised of the majority being the new culture.

@yallang.ap You absolutely can, I have it and it doesn't crash.

I want to ask u that whether we can run this mod with Terra Indomita at the same time. I tried several times and ended up crashing

@Iskariota Good idea, I'll have it in for the next update! I don't even think it should be optional tbh

@Zamensis Could be "Realistic Tribes". Gave it a quick look and the tribal reform decision is just copied from invictus with the same requrements.

Another thing, would it be possible to add an optional decision to change unit models to match the adopted culture?
