Beacon Manager

Description
Turns beacon on and off automatically to save power.​
Needs Logic Transmitter, set to passive and set to user suit.
Edit X, Y, Z GPS location for beacon within code, edit distance to activate if desired.
Option for distance display.
Option for weather station forces beacon on during storms.
