Better old HUD v1.4c

Description
Next updates will only contain bugfixes.
looks like I broke the intro in options.lua :|

Features:
-Old toolbar (extra features: change colors, hide individual parts)
-Health bar (extra features: change colors, hide individual parts)
-Old vehicle HUD (extra features: speedometer, hide controls, hide condition)
-Old photo mode UI
-Old creative mode UI
-Old pause menu (extra features: Autohide bottom bar, hide options button)
-Old spawnmenu
-Old weather menu (now with localization)
-Crosshair configuration (extra features: hide individual parts)
-Effect configuration (extra features: hide individual parts)
-Partial translation support

Issues:
-Heist mission end screen isn't replaced in some unknown cases -> Cannot fix
-The change weather button is w i d e -> Cannot fix
-Target description gets cut off sometimes -> Cannot fix
-Cannot change spawn menu shortcut -> Disable the mod, change the shortcut and enable the mod again.
Read the limitation list or check the issue discussion for more known issues

Planned features:
none

Limitations:
-As always, the options menu is not available.
-Cannot change creative mode and spawn menu shortcut.
-I can't fix anything that is either in the end screen or the map view

@Drez08 if you mean that tool select UI that was horizontal, you can enable it in the settings of the mod

you should make the older version, previous from this. The one where everything is on a swivel and you have to scroll to items. I vaguely remember getting very used to the setup and being pretty good at using it,
