EN: This is 30s building house. its on style edlov dvor edlhov in bratislava but its differnent. Its atraction in city chindersat and its too wall to wall.

SK: Toto je dom z 30 rokov. Je na štýl edlovovu dvoru edlhov v bratislave, ale je iný. Toto je atrakcia v meste Chindersat a je to tiež stena na stene.

If you look you uploaded mods you see there is add/remove required items, so add that pack in there, so it should work properly.

You should add that texture pack need for working independency, included Add Required Items.

for people who have that mod it will working fine nobody saying anything wrong, so just subscribe that mode and you will have the textures. and there will didnt be errores

Textures are missing, in your mod. wrong directory in .mtl files
$TEXTURE 0 workshop_subscribed/2781603355/Mal_Plain4/panel_5.dds
It shoul be like below, so upload you textures there.
$TEXTURE 0 ../Mal_Plain4/panel_5.dds
