Europa (equatorial cracks)

Description
This is an additional version of Europa with more realistic environment and atmospheric conditions!

Landing site:
The landing site is located near the equator at the large cracks in the surface. This makes it one of the warmest places on the moon. However, this also results in occasional outbreaks of freezing water. So be careful and look for shelter! Ice is therefore abundant, but metals are rare but may be found in the cracks.

World properties:
  • Atmosphere: The atmosphere is extremely thin to non-existent, just like the real Europa. Nevertheless, tiny amounts of water ice particles can be found in the atmosphere.
  • Minerals: Every mineral and ice can be found (to make it playable), but of course there is a LOT of water ice.
  • Storms: As the landing site is located at the large cracks, there are occasional eruptions and large ejections of water ice crystals. So be careful.

To activate the mod, follow these steps:
  1. Subscribe to this mod.
  2. You may need to restart Stationeers for the mod to download.
  3. When the game is started go to the workshop settings in the main menu and verify the mod is enabled and above 'Core'!
  4. If the world name doesn't appear properly, go to your workshop settings and move the mod up or down one slot.

@SecretSeptus You are right. I had previously used the Europa start conditions for this, which presumably changed at some point with some update. I will change it to the start conditions for Moon, which should be quite fitting. Thank you for that hint.

Normal Starting conditions give you an unright wind turbine, which is completely useless given lack of atmosphere.
Shouldn't it be replaced with for example wall turbine, or even a solar panel (low power is better than no power)

I did it on purpose without those mountains, simply because this surface was formed by water. This means it was added layer by layer, So actually it should be pretty flat. Okay for real there are some menacing ice spikes on europa, in some areas that are pretty tall. But that all depends on the region. The region I'm depicting here is the flatter one. Like that the actual features to explore are those cracks.

would it be possible to add slightly more 'peaky' terrain? The world is super flat which is nice but I do miss the europian mountains

So it should be alive and fully playable again, including new features of the latest updates, such as brutal mode, celestial bodies, etc. Have fun!

Oh yes, I've noticed that. Maybe when I'll find time to figure out how to do worlds, I'll attempt to fix it.

doesn't show on worlds anymore
