Configurable New Jericho Weapon Stats

Allows some stats of the 15 New Jericho weapons (Bulldog AR-50, Piranha AR-51, Cyclops SR7, Raven SR17, Iron Fury HG, Deceptor MG, Archangel RL1, Fury-2, Thor AML, Dante FT, VDM Defender, VDM Enforcer, Watcher AT, Rattlesnake AT, VVA-2 Arms) to be customized via the mod settings menu:
- Damage (limited to the types innate to the weapon, including shred, pierce, blast, fire, shock)
- Ammo capacity
- Clip charges (for the 2 backpack weapons)
- Burst
- Projectiles per shot
- Effective range (value may not show up as changed, but will take effect when using the weapon)
- AoE radius (for the explodey weapons, though I'm not sure if the Archangel one does anything)
- Cone radius (for the flamethrower)
- AP cost
- Hands to use
- Weight
- Stop on first hit (if disabled: hit multiple enemies, through cover, etc. with one shot)

Some heavy and technician weapons have limited configurability. I did leave in a few options that I'm unsure about, so tinker at your own risk.
Promotional versions of weapons are not affected.
Probably does not work with any other mods that in any way modify the included weapons.
