Dump it in the Ocean!

Description
Are your citizens producing more garbage than you can handle, and don't want to pay your neighbors to take it?
Just DUMP IT IN THE OCEAN!...

This classic method of waste disposal is still a common practice in many countries, and gives a use to all that free water space you might have in the map...

Two dump site versions included:
  • Normal: 10K tons capacity / 100m max ship length
  • Large: 100K tons capacity / 250m max ship length

The sites support up to 4 ships simultaneously dumping waste.
It requires ships capable of loading waste - currently none exist in the vanilla game, but there are modded versions available in the workshop:

It is free to build, but still balanced considering the investment in ships, harbors and fuel to be able to use it.

Needless to say it causes pollution, so avoid placing it near coastal towns or water pumps.

PS - please don't dump trash in the ocean in real life...

@KarolOfGutovo, yes ships can load waste from it but very slowly - it's hard to clean the oceans :)

Can the ships load the waste from this? If they can, I think it'd make sense for it to be an attrociously slow process.
