@Knife Bipod Both are from the vanilla Royalty DLC actually, but they are included in Psycasts Expanded.

Tanyfilina, there is a mod called 'Psycasts Expanded' which is a different style of 'Rimworld of Magic' that makes the empire Psycast abilities more powerful. Lightning bolts, fireballs, heal, etc. It lets you use magical abilities while keeping with the futuristic style of lategame.
