What it does:

This mod aims to solve the aesthetic issues with Elves in DOS2. I started looking for ways to alter races in the game after realizing Sebille is the same height as The Red Prince. When I began looking for ways to achieve this someone mentioned they had swapped their player character with Saheila, so I found her file in Divinity Engine and saw that she used a regular model that was scaled smaller than other elf NPCs. And so this mod was born.

This mod changes the scale of every female elf NPC (71 in total) from 1.0 to 0.8. A simple but effective change. Armor and weapons scale with the character, animations and combat seem to remain fully in tact. (I have only spot tested this mod so far and cannot 100% guarantee it works perfectly until I can test it more) This does not alter player made Elf characters, this does alter Sebille since she is an NPC.

Future plans:

Scale down male elves so they aren't so gargantuan next to the female elves. (coming soon!)
Find a way to alter the scale of the Elf race and player Elf characters.


Report an issue:

I've tested it on both new and old saves in all acts of the game and it seems to be working just fine, but if you find any issues with the mod or it doesn't work let me know. Comments will be left open. Ghosts, corpses and skeletons should all be scaled down as well, if you see any female elves of any kind (minus Malady and customs) that are not scaled down please report them. Pictures help if you can get one so I can match the model easier.
