Regional Specialty Buildings Revised

Description
A slightly tweaked and rebalanced version of the fantastic original mod by Hauser which can be found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2130438810

Requires Rise of the Samurai DLC.

Allows for the construction of all the regional buildings along with three new ones. Requires the tech "Heaven and Earth" to construct a "Construction Location" and the tech "Tea Ceremony" to construct "Additional Land". Either of these each allow you to construct a regional building. The "Additional Land" can be constructed as many times as you like so you can have up to five regional buildings in a single province if you want. You must first construct a building on additional land for it to become available again. The build time for all these buildings have been shortened to 1 turn for the initial building and 2 turns for any additional upgrade.

New buildings:

• Silk weavers (Regional building) which provides silk to your clan for use and as a trade commodity

• Spa hut chain (Regional building) which provides incense to your clan for use and as a trade commodity

• Traders (Regional building) which provides cotton to your clan for use and as a trade commodity

Changelog from original mod:

- Removed the ability to construct additional gold mine improvements as i felt the additional income they provided for relatively low investment was hard to balance.

- Removed the Ninjutsu-Dojo and the Initiates Sanctuary chain buildings.

- Fortresses no longer require the "Heaven and Earth" technology to be researched.

- Rewrote some building descriptions and fixed a few typos.

- Shifted the cost from Construction Location/additional land to the first tier of the building chain to hopefully encourage the AI to build them in the campaign. The overall cost remains unchanged.

@viltrumite. Make sure you have the scripts in the Creative Assembly folder deleted or set up correctly. @penguin: This works but there are some obvious bugs in the RPFM debugger that could cause some games to crash.

This mod crashes my game on start, I have Sekigaraha Campaign mod packs and a few HD reskins mod, I also have some cheat mod like Sogeking, and I am speed.

It requires ROTS because it uses some of the building icons from that DLC. I could maybe see about making a version in the future for ROTS if people would be interested in that.

Ah, I see. After looking a bit more, I can see another version of the mod made by Hauser that works for both vanilla and ROTS: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2230782252

If I may ask, is there any particular reason for this mod requiring ROTS content if it's for vanilla?

It only works for vanilla i'm afraid.
