Adds permanent debris.

As the title suggests, all types of debris will now disappear only when there's a level transition. Nothing more, nothing less. You will be able to see every glass shard, concrete chunk after a firefight, which is great. Of course it will get laggy if you get carried away and hit the same spot with a crowbar for 1 hour, but it's perfectly playable during normal gameplay. Enjoy.

this mod just crashes my game on changing my graphics settings. i have to change my graphics settings every time i boot the game because it goes to potato mode every time i load.

Hey, you can probably get these 2 mods to work together by subscribing to particle enhancement mod first and then this addon. That's how I got it to work before, otherwise there's nothing else I can do.
