HILL 400 - LIBERATION V1.3 UPDATE

Description
Hello everyone!

This is a full scale recreation of the Hill 400 in the Hürtgen Forest based on it's depiction in the game "Hell Let Loose".
I started working on it before the Liberation DLC was announced with this exact hill but my version probably offers a more detailed and realistic landscape compared to the game one which leads me to what you can do on this map.

The map has over 30k objects which might cause performance issues for some lower-end PCs

Included with the editor map is a singleplayer test battle where you can basically spectate the 2 sides fighting or join one of them (numpad 1 or numpad 2 on your keyboard to choose your side)

I have cancelled plans for multiplayer as the map seems to be too large to support it. There will be 2 singleplayer missions instead

ROADMAP:
- Updating to Liberation DLC assets once it releases -> done
- More singeplayer missions -> 1/2
- Bug fixes <---- WIP

Which part isn't? Maybe it was broken by the update but there's not much I could add. Multiplayer isn't an option unfortunately.

there's a mission in there, once you load into a map hit F3 and then click on the top right menu and select it, however just as @Ruji said, I strongly suggest watching an editor tutorial, I recommend the DiplexHeated one for example.

@biggest-rat yes its a blank slate for users to customise add units setup defenses etc its usually how gem editor maps are on the the workshop. I suggest you go on youtube and look up gem editor tutorial call to arms for beginner.

Hello, this is my first time using an editor. I loaded Hill400, but I found that there were only maps and fortifications, and I didn't see any American or German troops. Do I need to add it myself? I can't wait to play this, but I don't seem to know how to simulate it.:steamfacepalm:
