Pre-Final Season V10 2023-2024 FM Transfers & Data by The Wizard [13/9/2023]

The plans had already been made in recent months, but this weekend it became final, from Football Manager 2024 we will have our own new website for our data updates in addition to steam! it offers us more space and freedom for our creations.

The number 1 data update for Football Manager 2023 the best Football Manager transfer & data update all-around is back! Featuring 171.934 changes until the 13st of September 2023 that FM 23.4 doesn't include!
The Season 2023-2024 Update by The Wizard for Football Manager 2023 is now complete.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

To complete the file with the promotions & demotions you need to download the following files from my steam account:

FM23 - Belgian New Format 2023-2024.
FM23 - Portuguese New Format 2023-2024.
FM23 - French New Format 2023-2024.
FM23 - Promotions - Relegations by The Wizard Season 2023-2024
FM23 - 23.4 FM23 - Swiss New Format by The Wizard
FM23 - Ukrainian New Format by The Wizard 2023-2024
23.4 FM23 - Turkish New Format 2023-2024

Not all promotions and relegations have been processed yet, the missing competitions will be updated in the future versions, the European tickets for European football are complete.
All transfers, should be submitted as immediate.
LOANS should be -1 year, since the game starts in summer 2022. For example, a real life loan ending on 30.6.2024, should be submitted as a loan until 30.6.2023.
Winter ending loans should be submitted until 31.12.2022 & not 31.12.2023 like in real life.
For best results, select all files during a new game including the optional file (Saudi Arabia & Japan ) to make all players available.
Tweaks have been made in Saudi Arabia in the 'Other Changes' player transfer preference file.
We have done our best to update all transfers as completely as possible, it is possible that transfers are missing, these can be sent to me via private message for the next version.
This version is being made compatible for a possible 23.5 patch from Sports Interactive!

How to install The Wizard Transfers & Data :

1 Download the file
2:The Wizard Project 2023 files in \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\editor data
3:Start Football Manager and start a new career.
4:When selecting your database files, make sure the editor files are all ticked
5:Continue to Advanced Settings
6:Once you have selected your Nations & Leagues you can start your game.
