We are going to give the V10.0.0 Season 2023-2024 a mini update during the 20th of September all transfers & contracts will be updated.

The following files have been newly added:
FM23 - 23.4 FM23 - Swiss New Format by The Wizard
FM23 - Ukrainian New Format by The Wizard 2023-2024

How to get the Saudi League in when starting new game?

NOT supported by sports interactive,true, but for last season (22-23). 23-24 season it is approved by Turkish Football Federation. Same rule for foreign players except 1 addition that all super league teams can have 1 Turkish/other nation (played for othe nations national team, was counted as foreign last year this year changed) player as a non-foreign player at registiration.

did you make kerem demirbay nationality to turkish player status or add the new rule that 1 player is allowed if he has 2 nationalitys (german-turkish) as a non - foreign player. galatasaray, turkiye
(you cant play with real transfers because of foreign player limitation
