Description
Designate the holy path where one shall not desacrate with any buildings.

Adds new foundation type: "Holy Foundation"
Speed boost: 35%
Cost: 5 foundation plates

@TeeBee30 for now i can use just the mesh attachment to the original foundation.
I was trying various workarounds, but couldn't figure any better solution.

I'll fix the issue once more modding support or sdk is added.

Does not follow terrain as regular foundations do. Looks awful on wavy terrain.
