Description
If you like WWII Stuff...As I do... Then here's one for you!

The B17 Flying fortress needs no introduction
A nice detailed B17 as non blocky as I could get it!

Features ------------------------

Radio room, engineer station, waist gunner nose gunner tail gunner etc...
GPS Autopilot with height lock or key in to gain a stable height, primarily follows an AP route plotted on navigators map
& has a selector switch on the AP wall for GPS direct or flight plan.

Bombardier sights and bombing station, Radar attached and a switch by the AP will auto drop on radar detected targets within the bomb scope as long as doors are open, note they are free fall bombs.

Navigation & route plotting (Map with plot chart in cockpit) way point is by default, to use GPS game map plotting switch NAV / GPS switch at rear of keypad, select height altitude switch as follows... By default AP will hold altitude when activated and can be toggled to height select on the AP selectors rear of GPS Keypad... Hope that helps.

Fire suppression on all engines, Will cut engine and trigger extinguishers (Caution could render engine un-usable after use)
To feather prop cut fuel pump to selected engine may take some time to use existing fuel so be patient.

Auto Turrets ... Nose, Tail Body gunners are manual when occupied. & Auto turrets will fire at will; if target in range.

STARTUP---
Main Power ON.(on by default located behind main throttle.)
Booster pumps ON.
Press each starter and hold till at 3.5 RPS or greater if it won't start check booster pumps are active.

Set prop pitch to 0.10 for take off then add prop pitch (Collective) as needed to regulate fuel, the lower pitch the faster the airspeed
Throttle set to full, Taxi at 30% throttle and remove parking brakes.

Recommend taxing & taking off on the runway as she is quite heavy and behaves like the real deal.


IFF "Friend or Foe recognition" so it wont shot at friendly's within 500m if active works with P-38 & other releases to come.

This is my first version and may still need some refinements, please let me know if anything needs specific attention.

finally made it in the air
the second i played with pitch it lost its engines and plummited to the ground
couldnt damn save it

intresting but probably the worst bomber to start up.
the startup takes incredibly long
automatic shooting, recoil to powerful and shifts me
one damn engine started when i went full throttle and of course, my line up was ruined.

the only bad thing about this plane is that the turrets automaticly shoot at the enemy but the wing or the tail might get in the way damaging urself
