Vario LF

Vario LF (also referred to as Tatra T3R.EVN and Tatra T3RN.EV) is a tram car jointly produced since 2004 by the Prague company Pragoimex a.s. and Krnovska Krnovské opravny a strojírny, s.r.o. (KOS).
Vario LF is a modification of the Tatra T3 tram produced from the early 60s to the early 90s of the 20th century. The VarCB3LF (L F) car body was jointly developed by Pragoimex and Krnovské opravny a strojírny (KOS) on the basis of the VarCB3 car body for the Tatra T3R.EV and Tatra T3R.PV trams.
Vario LF is a partially low-floor car with one-way doors, the share of the low floor is 36%, the height of the low-floor part from the level of the rail is 350 mm, the rest is 860 mm.
The body of the Vario LF is 1.1 m longer than the body of the T3R.EV, and its updated appearance was developed and patented by the Czech designer Frantisek Pelikan.
The car has three doors of sliding type, each door consists of two leaves. The maximum capacity of the car is 149 people, of which 33 are seated and one seat has a support for a wheelchair or baby carriage.
The car drive control is based on IGBT, the electrical equipment is located on the roof.
The car can be operated both in a single train and in a train consisting of two motor cars, or one motor and one trailer, or two motor and one trailer.
