Garbage Scow (Waste ship)

Description
Just a copy of a vanilla ship modified to carry waste, made on the test branch. Connect a garbage container transfer to one of the cargo harbors for loading at a decent speed.

It's called 'Garbage Scow' and holds 245t of waste.
