Bound Lunatic: Madman Replacer

Description

Replaces the madman in the warrens with the bound lunatic.

Bound Lunatic acts slightly different from the madman with new sounds, animations, and stats giving the area a
more unique feeling.

Interesting take and the art is satisfying to look at. I'll probably use it on a next new run so the game feels more fresh. Thanks for the mod.

He just came up in my run. Very nicely done, he even has new sounds and animations.
