Anime Race v63

Description
Adds an anime-styled race with their own nurseries and religion. Similar to humans but with more breeding, faster growth, shorter lifespan, and a little weaker in combat.

@shulleech lost the original .json file for this mod so had to create a new workshop item for v64 which can be found here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3014104322

@apadilla this race is based on weebs lol. If you have any stat suggestions let me know and I'll change it as long as it's balanced

idk what anime you watch, but all the ones i see, would disagree with weaker combat.

A bit regretful, your choice of music was nice to listen to. But crashing the game every few minutes was a little annoying, thank you for your work on the mod. Hopefully the bug will be fixed sometime.

@UI_MIKATO I got the same error after sitting in the menu for the song to end. Looks like it's a bug with the game so I removed all custom music from the mod

I really like this race so after making sure it only seems to crash after the music from this ends, I tried manually taking the music out of the mod to see if it would work. Simply moving the music folder out and starting the game again.

The game has not crashed once with the music taken out.
