Description
Lost the original .workshop.json file.

Updates the mod to v64

Adds anime themed race, religion, and gatling guns.

Thanks to the maker of the outdated guns mod for giving a good reference
Anime inspired race and religion.
Stay tuned for more custom stuff.

@Arthurius lmfao i think about that sometimes like with skyrim, think about how much more realism we would have if those modders made non weeb content.
