Sequential Abnormality Page Selection

Description
Makes the Abnormality Pages appear in unlock order. For example Hod's floor emotion Level 1 would offer Today's Shy Look's pages, emotion Level 2 would offer Red Shoes' pages, and so on.

it's an interesting mod but it's basicaly breaking the game. i can't get two pages of the same abnormality, and thus it restrains gameplay. and also you can't make binah exsodia so meh
