Description
New game mechanic - Mercenaries.
All City-States have their unique units, and players can buy it if they have met this CS and in peace with it
All mercenaries have +5 combat strength compared to the unit they replace and unique ability.
Also have 2x the cost of maintenance and do not require resources

Is this incompatible with any CS expansions or mods that add a (single) CS?

I want to have this mod, but it does not work, even with the Models mod included. I'm subscribed to ton of other mods, so if someone can tell me which are incompatible with this, I would greatly appreciate it.

The mod I needed! I do hope their is a expansion or compatibility patch for city states expanded mod. Their are lots of mod units for more flavor!

Auckland- No love for the 28th Maori*? They'd be a sort of atomic era infantry shock troops, maybe even modern era start, as they also served in WW1. Different bonuses to the Diggers would apply- more ferocious on the attack against districts or fortified defenders.

An idea for an expansion, in rough psuedo-code:

IF city state is Not on List,
THEN call random-unique-unit function and assign the resulting unit to that city state [For this save/play through].

To account for any mods that add city states either directly or as part of a larger mod.
