Brief Intro
A War Thunder like turret/aircraft aiming system. Only effective in third-person view. Vehicles use the original car/plane/helicopter system when in first-person view.

Control
- Press V to lock the turret/hull and rotate the camera only
- Hold T and use scroll to zoom in/out in third-person view
- Note that you can still press WASD to further control aircrafts/ground vehicles. Yaw turning Keys (A/D or other KeyBinds) now control the left/right rolling of aircrafts

Configuration
- Reverse Y-Axis
- Sensitivity parameters: control the speed/sensitivity of camera rotation and crosshair movement
- Torque parameters:
1. torque multiplier: a factor that controls the general magnitude of torque applied on aircrafts
2. torque portion: the portion of the predefined torque values. The rest parts of torque come from parameters of each mod
- Offset parameters: control the offset (distance) between the camera and the center of rotation, and other aspects.

Attention
- The default values of this mutator is based on offical RF planes and helicopter. It does not fit every mod. You have to adjust the parameters by yourself to get best experience.

the camera zoom for ground vehicles is nuts when you pull the 3rd person camera in close

is there any way to adjust it to not be so severe?

the aircraft's pitch multiplier/general torque multipliers also do not kick in when the aircraft has rolled its pitch into the yaw axis(in the reference of level flight), same thing other way around, yawing does not kick in when its yaw axis is in the pitch axis(in the reference of level flight),

Nvm, I just found out the true problem with aircrafts after a few testing, aircrafts' pitch and yaw multipliers only actually kick in when the plane is doing a 100% yaw or pitching movement, it cannot account for a mix of both. I think this is a problem, can this be fixed?
