I present to you, the M464 Series of Residential Houses. This series of typical panel houses, designed in the early 1970s and produced at DSK-1 in Minsk since 1976, is the most popular type series of houses in the Belarusian capital. Houses of this series, in addition to Minsk, can be found throughout the Minsk region. The houses of M464 series form the modern appearance of such residential areas as Serebryanka, Vostok, Zeleny Lug, and Yugo-Zapad. The later modification M464BK, forms the image of Uruch'ya, Malinovka, Shabanov, Kuntsevschina. Since 2002 the new neighbourhoods of the capital started to be built up with the houses of M464-U series - a radical modernization of M464-BK, with enlarged spaces of kitchens and corridors.
