Mod classes have done it when using their custom unique items. If you were provided the animated artwork would you be able to make it work?
I don't think it's possible at all. Both in the context of the game engine, and in the context of my personal physical and mental capabilities.
You can always fix it however you like. Just install the mod, go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\2980461816\effects
folder open the file txhealingInjections.effects.darkest in a text editor, find the word ".stress 20" and write the value that seems more appropriate to you. Enjoy your balance.
