Old MW model with new MW animation, and a somewhat forceful Aim Down Sight, plus a bonus intentionally non-script instant reload timing (local host only).
I recommend you set "crosshair 0" or use dot crosshair UI mod.
These mod are not intended for competitive gameplay, only new experience and challenge.
And i myself have no problem using them. Here is a gameplay :
