YD's Better Legion and Roman Fort

This mod, first and foremost, is a WiP (work in progress).
It aims to make slight tweaks to allow the Legion more passive uses while they are in play.

• Grants an additional build charge.
  
• Grants an additional movement point per turn.
  
• Grants the "Repair" operation.
  
• Grants the ability to build roads. (Not including railway).

Nothing at the moment. Still working on ideas. Recommendations welcome.

Takes the code from my other mod; YD's Better Civil Engineering which changes the following;

• Allows roads to be built with the following resources;
  
  • Ancient Road - Horses.
    
  • Classical Road - Horses.
    
  • Industrial Road - Iron.
    
  • Modern Road - Iron.
• Removes build charge cost from building roads. (Not just for the Legion).
  
• Ancient Roads now allow bridges.

Compatibility = All Mods that don't change files pertaining to the Legion, Roman Fort, or Routes.
Requirements = None.
