Report a translation problem
_First make 100 HUGE floors, so that the actual building can fit inside.
_Then inside each floor you make a circle of lamps and copy those lamps (or whatever other object easy to see as a guide) throughout all those 100 levels.
_Then for each level you unite 4 points of the light-circle, and for each level you rotate one lamp to the left (or right, depending what rotation you want the building to have)
_Then when you are finished you delete the excess building surrounding the actual building.
_Then you put the lights, and the elevators etc.
It took some time but it's not complicated, you just have to be creative to find ways to achieve what you want. But the limit is only your imagination !
