Choose Second Ability

Description
The idea come from Second Ability: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1520617700&searchtext=second
However, there are differences in the implementation of this mod.
MOD description:This mod allows player to choose second leader ability after building a Government Plaza, and to obtain second civilization ability after completing the "political philosophy" and selecting first level government.
All abilities cost of 1 productivity to unlock. The acquired abilities include affiliated feature units, feature improvements, and feature buildings.
MOD selectable leaders and civilizations include all official civilizations and mods, but ability written with lua is not work.
All description text comes from the game ontology, so all game language is supported.

PS:
1. Unable to obtain the characteristic governor of Suleiman (Kanuni), but immediately obtained three governor points as compensation.
2. The selected Congo feature will not prevent players from building Holy Site.
3. Korea's ability cannot be effective because it is bound to district.

It is necessary to Rise and Fall, Gathering Storm DLC .

Love the mod, just commenting to share the most powerful combination I've found.

Start as Tokugawa (Japan is the important part, but he edges out Hojo), and choose another copy of Japan for country and Jayavarman for leader.

Double Japan leads to stupidly high adjacencies; its only weakness is that you need high pop to build enough districts. Jayavarman solves this problem, giving food from holy sites BASED ON ADJACENCY. With this combo, your cities turn into absolute powerhouses.

Ambiorix with Abraham Lincoln's Ability doesn't give the free unit, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't give the amenities either. Probably a bug with Gaul's Oppidum (unique industrial zone) being a unique, defensible district. The mod's very fun, though!

@Pen 我看了一下,但没有弄明白屏蔽的逻辑(不懂SQLite导致的(bushi),我猜测它是禁用指定变量名对应的特性,这与我ban掉整个领袖对应的市政广场建筑(防止手滑选错)的预期不符。看来我短期内没法完成这个效果:steamsad:
