I added the Russian province names (which are used by all East Slavic nations for now)
Also thanks to shinigami00007 for helping with Neapolitan/Sicilian province names.

The mod is NOT Ironman compatible, though it is compatible with all mods that do not change the province distribution of the original game and the province code.
It only changes loading screens, province names and colonial nation names, so it should be compatible with all patches after 1.31 (as there are no new provinces added into the game with patches).
