Description
This Mod allows you to play games using any combination of Leader and Country. This needs to load after any other mods that add leaders.

I think this mod is great, its definately made my style of gameplay different and allowed me to supercharge my civ with some interesting combos. A slight improvement i would add if possible is a separate filter for Civ and another separate filter for leader. that way it would be more manageable to review and select the one you want as there is quite a long list of possibilities if all combos are contained in one big list.

There's not as much customization as I thought with this mod.You can't mix and match a leader, civ ability, unique unit, and unique building all from different civs potentially like I thought you would be able to. Rather, you can choose yongle for example with his lijia ability, and then choose all of russia's abilities, gaining their civ ability, unique lavra, and unique unit. If you could choose between all civs for each thing like I've posted examples of below, I will definitely come back to this mod! Here are some ideas that I thought to look at first

Yongle
Still deciding the civ ability, maybe aztecs or japan
Lavra
uu, maybe eagle warriors for free builders?

or

Age of steam Victoria (bonus production from industrial zones and buildings)
Babylon abilities (science eureka stuff)
Hanza (for better production)
Eagle Warriors (for early builders from warfare)

Thanks for the very intricate mod, but unfortunately it doesn't work for the custom civs that I regularly play with. It does take 3+ minutes to load a new map though, so I'll drop this for now.

Is there a way for you to make this usable in multiplayer it appears that the random leader pools are messing with it.

@joule_jb when you start/create the game, there is some lag at the create game screen (more lag if you have more mod leaders). Wait it out.

During this lag the mod is generating all the possible leader/civ combinations.

When the lag goes away (and it may take many minutes, depending on your setup), the leader selection screen has *every* leader/civ combination, so you will have many entries for each leader.

Thanks for the report. It looks like the problem is the load order. I did some digging and found out that the load order can be manually set (it's just a feature that's 100% hidden). I set my mod to load as last as numerically possible and I think that will fix your bug.

Oh, and it would fluctuate on exactly what it would show as the civilization abilities, each time I loaded.
