Propane and Gasoline Balanced (fixed^2)

An even harder version of making propane and gas products. Adds Gas as a prereq to propane, and sugar to distill gasoline. Its advisable to get a supporting mod to produce sugar. Fixed and balanced for Update 41.78

This is used on https://kyrgaming.com servers.

Distill Propane (Heat the Distiller with Water in the oven and right click on it to Distill Propane):
Logs x 3
Water x 20 units (Heated)
Gasoline x 2 units
Requires a Propane tank and the Distiller nearby

OR
Planks x 6
Water x 10 units (Heated)
Gasoline x 4 units
Requires a Propane tank and the Distiller nearby

Distill Gas (Heat the Distiller with Water in the oven and right click on it to Distill Gas):
Logs x 3
Water x 20 units (Heated)
Sugar/SugarBrown/Yeast x 2
Requires a Propane tank and the Distiller nearby

Create Distiller:
Pot x 1
Sheet Metal x 1
Metal Pipes x 2
Propane Torch x 5 units of fuel
Metal Working 5 Required

Create Empty Propane Tank:
Sheet Metal x 5
Small Sheet Metal x 3
Door Knob x 1
Screws x 12
Propane Torch x 5 units of fuel
Metal Working 5 Required
