I have played 30 hours in a game with abundant vehicles and I can't find the Bounder... but the ecoline appears every 5 streets

Do they have a unique name? As when in the cheat menu (to test it with other mods): I dont find it when spawning vehicles typing "rv".

Would it be possible to make the mod keep the rvs, trailers and utility vehicles and remove every other civilian car spawns?
