Jia Sidao, Chancellor of Southern Song China.

Leader Trait:

Gongtian: Farm improvements gain +1 Gold and +1 Food if adjacent to another Farm improvement. The Production Costs of Ranged Units are 25% cheaper. Jia Sidao starts the game with a Eureka for Gunpowder and has a Unique Building, the Banxiantang.

Unique Building:

Banxiantang: can only be built once and its Production Cost is similar to that of a Wonder. The city must be adjacent to a river. Available with the Engineering Discovery, the Banxiantang provides +1 Relic slot, +2 Culture, +2 Science, +2 Amenities, and +2 Great Merchant Points per turn.

Agenda:

Cricket Chancellor: Wants to protect itself from military attacks. Dislike those who want to dominate other players.
