HEAVY Snow

Makes the Heavy Snow weather texture display stronger, bringing "clarity" to the snowstorm. The effect is subtle, and does not apply to gentle snow weather, only hard snows.

Odyssey Note: This DLC only adds a new weather condition, the Blizzard, which has the new visuals of fog and horizontal snow. This mod is still effective because Heavy Snow weather still happens and still looks barely visible to me.

Note: It is a known side effect that during the day the falling heavy snow will now appear more grey. This is due to the fact that the same overlay texture is used both during the day and the night, so if I were to make the texture brighter white, the snow would really stand out in the nighttime. So I think as it is, is an OK compromise.
