Adds a melee legendary lord to the Grand Cathay faction, recruitable from the recruitment pool at the beginning of the game. A mighty duelist, can use abilities to refresh the health bar and boost stats. Thunder bombardment will be summoned around him upon death.

@MikadoCalca 这个问题在上一次更新已经解决了，现在那个坐骑是随等级获取，如果获取不了应该是等级不够或者是需要重开一档

坐骑点了没效果能请更新一下吗(自定义能点坐骑,战役里坐骑技能点点亮了但没有坐骑选项)
