IFSV Maluke Improvised Fighting Vehicle

DESCRIPTION

The IFSV (Infantry Fire Support Vehicle) "Maluke" is rather an oddball among other vehicles of its class. Being an Improvised AFV the Maluke has a fairly interesting backstory of which infantry squadrons were finding themselves needing a good fire support vehicle against infantry but having extremely limited resources to work with, therefore the Maluke takes an L25A2M Anti-Air Trailer and mounts it onto a spare IFSV chassis. As neither component were originally made for eachother, the IFSV Maluke requires 2 troops to mount the L25A2M making them extremely vulnerable to fire. Therefore the IFSV was mainly reserved for suppressing enemy infantry from within cover. Eventually most Improvised ISFV "Malukes" were taken out of service after more dedicated vehicles were supplied to such squadrons such as the ARCV "Leopard" and the M42A1 "Manticore".

As the IFSV Maluke's original purpose was solely as a troop transporter "bus", it is also capable of seating 7 troops within the rear compartment as well as weapons & ammunition, however due to this role, it has barely any armour and any medium to high calibre shot at it will most likely take the Maluke out. This does come as a bonus however, as the light armour in addition to the NLP D1F10S, the same engine that powers the Cheetah, allows the Maluke to get up to speeds of 60mph.

START-UP PROCEDURE:

- BATTERY RELAY
- ENGINE IGNITION
- PARKING BRAKE RELEASE
- Use WASD for driving.

HOW TO USE THE TURRET:

- Press ACTIVATE SYSTEM
- Press MASTER ARM
- Use WASD to aim, press 1 for mouse aim & 2 for radar aim.

Please note the turret does not have a horizontal/vertical stabiliser or leading for radar aim, this is due to it realistically being quite literally an old 1950s turret trailer being bolted on to the top of a tank. Due to this fact as well, the turret is better suited for anti-armour & anti-infantry rather than anti-air.

And just like any technical ZU, if you do use it against anti-air, pray to whatever omniscient being that suits you. Maybe that'll increase your chances of a shell hitting.
