Cerebral's Vanilla Adjustments: Abomination

In this minor adjustments mod, I've added a few balance changes to Abomination. Anything not mentioned is the exact same as Vanilla.

In Beast Mode, Stress Per Turn reduced from 6 to 5 Per Turn

Transform:
Instead of being Battle Limited, it has a 3 Turn Cooldown when turning into Beast Form, meaning you need to wait 3 Turns to return to Human form.

Manacles:
XOOO OOOX
All other stats/effects unchanged

Beast's Bile:
Starts at 3/3 Blight, and properly scales from there

Rake:
XXOO XOOO
90 to 110 Accuracy, -4% to -0% Crit Chance, -45% DMG
Pull 2 (100-140%), -10(-20) Dodge and -2(-6) Speed (100-140%), Rake no longer self buffs

Slam:
OOOO OOXX
Ignores & Breaks Guards, -10(-20) Prot and -2(-6) Speed (100-140%), no further changes made
