@Boernes one is inspired by the bezirksamt lichtenberg in berlin the other one i have forgotten, somewhere in dresden, leipzig or chemnitz, i also changed the facade but i was not even sure it is a district office, there was a low chance that it maybe was a kindergarten, probably used for both purposes

May I ask what IRL Building was the inspiration for the district office / townhall ?
I work in a building exactly like that, now I wonder if that was a common building type used for public administration buildings in East Germany

Hi wild bunny, can you make a thicker base plate for the football field and use it to raise the ground a little?

At the moment, the ground is always flickering through the football pitch, even if it has been perfectly levelled. A new house placed next to the football field
or a new road often raises the ground very slightly, which then covers up whole parts of the field.

Otherwise a very nice mod, even if it doesn't come close to your industrial buildings. Thanks in any case.

Buildings look good, but seem wildly imbalanced--very high capacity for their size/construction cost, and oddly high attraction scores.
