Settings:
The mods will make use of mod options menus from Mod Configuration Menu mod by @Aragasas. If all support mods are installed correctly.

If using in game menus is your thing than grab the ((BUTR Stack) by @Aragasas: Harmony, ButterLib, UIExtenderEx, & ModConfigurationMenu).

If you are not using (BUTR Stack) by @Aragasas, a DismembermentPlus.json settings file is created and stored in a the mod installation directory. There it can be edited prior to game launch.

I had previously downloaded them from Nexus, but deleted those folders when I saw I could get them from the Steam workshop. So those module folders have been deleted already.

I tried deleted those Steam folders and resubscribing, but nothing changed. I still have the issue.

Also, I check my documents and there is no ModSettings folder in the Config folder. It's empty other than a "LauncherData" and "NewsFeedConfig" file.

I feel like I'm probably missing something simple at this point, but I'm scratching my head because I've tried deleting everything from everywhere I can think and trying again, but I still can't select the mods in the modlist.

@Raatha - did you previously use nexus mods manual installation? If so remove DP and XL from the modules folder of the game installation directory.
If you have similar mods / previous versions in the modules folder they take priority over mods loaded via workshop.

When using workshop the mods gets saved in a different location.
DP: X:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\261550\2875093027
XL: X:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\261550\2875138158

if that doesn't do it.. Try removing DP and XL folders from this path ...
it will reset the mods stored settings.

Yes, on 1.2.9.38256, I have the BUTR stack, then main files, then RBM, then Xoberax's Legacy and Dismemberment Plus. Everything is working except XL and DP

@Raatha - load order? Is your game version up to date?
The_Schwarz  [author] May 14 @ 7:29pm
@Aleczaender - guessing you are also using a Overhaul mod that implements not native armors?
Raatha May 14 @ 4:17pm

@βΛβ'乙 -

when using Steam Workshop version without BUTR Stack mods the .json file is created in the steam workshop sub directories.
X:\XXXXXX\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\261550\2875093027
"X:\XXXXXX\" is where you have your local steam client installed

when using Nexus Manual installation into Modules folder without BUTR Stack mods the .json file is created in the game\modules\mod subdirectory.
X:\XXXXXX\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules
"X:\XXXXXX\" is where you have your game installed.

when using Dismemberment Plus (Steam Workshop or NexusMods Manual installation into Modules folder) with BUTR Stack mods the .json file is created in the steam workshop sub directories.
C:\Users\XXXXX\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs\ModSettings\Global\DismembermentPlus
"XXXXX" is your user name

@TakaStriker - no i did not even attempt to write code required to handle that level world persistence. I thought about different issues you would need to account for but never left hypothetical drawing board.
