No changes to kill incapacitate rates.
You have to be playing with NPC can die settings but then yes you can chop up the lords n ladies too. If you manage to land a killing blow on the battlefield

does this affect actual kill and incapacitate rate? can this kill nobles?
or is it all just visual and for fun with no real out of combat change?

Hi, I have a really strange issue the Dismemberment plus folder is not showing in my modules file within steam folder so I am unable to alter any settings. The mod itself shows up on the launcher and works fine in game. I want to change some of the settings take slow mo off and allow AI to dismember but without the settings folder in modules this isn't possible. I would download the MCM Mod stack but it still causes CTDs on the latest version. Any ideas how I can alter the settings given the issues described above?

@Ghostface - you would have to go all the way back to "DismembermentPlus v2.0.5.2 for v1.0.0 Release MCMv5"

Functionality will not be as refined as later version and you may run into bugs that have been ironed out.

But it is something you could give it a try.
Best choice is to update your game and use latest version of the mod.

Dude, I've used a lot of mods in the past and even though I have all the vehicle mods installed, Dismemberment mod is causing me problems. The game crashes when I'm about to cut off a limb and reports say that this is due to Dismemberment. I'm using V1.0.0 of the game.

Do the limbs actually come off the body? This seems to work for me but when I chop a head I can clearly see that the head is gone, when I chop off an arm it pretty much looks like it is still attached to the body. I do see a limb fly off as well. Wondering if this is working as it should?

@Spinz - Full body dismemberment will only work with Native armors. Due to the fact I had to update and create custom versions of all hand foot and body armors that exist in the game.

That is the reason the mod file is larger than most other mods. The item mesh customization.

I don't have access to custom armors that are created by other modders, and none that I know are keen on the idea of handing me their mesh libraries so I can create custom variants of their proprietorial works.

the only way you would be able to see DP item in inventory is if you have cheat mode enabled. The DP items are configured not to show in inventory otherwise. but cheat mode overrides that configuration and shows all possible items in the game.

@six.jordane - units wearing native armors should work, for all possible dismemberments.
when dealing with custom armor decapitations should always work, body dismemberment will not work as there is no dismemberment compliant variant in the DP library for custom armor models.

I know there are checks to validate that you are in a battle/siege but the over world has no bearing on making DP work or not.
