Description
Zephyr a character.... not like link finally some new ideas. Shout out to Bar-Kun too!

Swiftness: This is This signifies your strength of certain moves but also the amount of Up Specials or Side Specials you can use in the air. Once at 0 you will go into pratfall after use.

Typhoon Boost: After hitting N-Special. For 12 frames out of an attack your next special is empowered (except U-Special). If a second N-Special is used in the combo all aerials will be empowered for it next use while Typhoon Boost is active. However missing either of these attacks will put you in pratfall

SPECIALS:

NSpecial: Tornado Fission. A multi hitting attack that can be charged. During charge you can press forward to dash forward. The final hit can be jump cancelled. This attack consumes all Swiftness but can re-charge during the attack.

FSpecial: Gale Cut. A stunning forward slice that leave a damaging area behind you. pressing parry/special will unleash the finisher if you hit an opponent. Can be jump/attack cancelled on hit. If parry is pressed during start up consume 2 swiftness to quickly blink forward. Costs 1 swiftness normally. If used at 0 swiftness you go into pratfall after use.

USpecial: Gust Crescent. A rising slash that sets up combos well. Has low endlag and restores 1 swiftness if you hit. Can move forward and back a little during the ascent. Costs 1 swiftness. For 1 extra swiftness turn around by pressing parry at the end of the move.

DSpecial: Air Burst. Places a explosion that deals damage in a small area for a short duration. If you are near an opponent during the start up it becomes a powerful command grab. This will place you into pratfall after completion.

I will only explain the other moves that have extra function to them:

Jab : Three hit jab. 3rd jab is special cancellable.

DAttack: An elbow charge that is wavedash cancellable with parry button.

FTilt: Can be cancelled into UStrong on hit.

FStrong: A sliding attack which charges up as you travel. Punches with an explosion. Parry can be pressed to turn the attack around. The aerial sweetspot is a powerful spike.

DStrong: A multihitting AOE. The amount of pulses scale with charge.

Fair: A 2 part move an initial kick into a leg flurry. pressing attack or parry will initiate the final hit. Can be jump cancelled on hit.

Bair: A turn around punch, this will face you forward after using.

EWZF (Electric Wind Zephyr Fist): Input Forward, Down, Down+Forward then Attack/Special. A fast stunning punch that sets up for combos.

Hi Zen, Glad you're enjoying the char. And with me making my own sprites its defo a maybe. 1. I'm not good at spriteing, maybe if I can be bothered haha. But if you do have any thoughts on changes or feedback to the character I'd be glad to hear it!

Neat character, I like the consistent implementation of the Swiftness mechanic as well as the Fair is a type of mechanic I've never seen done in an a Workshop character. Keep it up! Also, are you planning on implementing unique sprites soon?
