Description
Simple recolour (and replace) of the Elven species into a light blue
and some less weird hairstyles and recolours,
because its windy weather.

"Come all ye young spacefarers listen too me,

Suggestion: what about making a Blue Humans mod for those of us that want to use this mod ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2978061434 ) to RP the Garmilas Empire from Space Battleship Yamato?

You know, after the released of this shipset ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2874399613 ), I have no other option than using your mod to roleplay the Elerians from Master of Orion and the Elves of Stellaris mod to RP normal elves.

Why you did not warned this mod is a replacement for the normal elves?! I want to have both the normal elves and these blue ones in my game, not replace them! Unsubbed.

Finally! Since the first time I saw blue humanoids in a Stellaris trailer, I was dreaming of them being brought into game by Paradox or a talented modder! Thank you very much for this.
