Overview

The brand new Scania Container Truck has been released with one goal in mind: Carry what needs to be carried.
Setup to be compatible with standard Container size connectors, it is compatible with any similar sized equipment that is needed for specific tasks. In order to show off a few examples, there are three additional modules released: The Flatbed with sidewalls, the low profile vehicle transporter with beavertail and the coal container.
There is a rear mountable crane module available. It includes strong support legs and comfortable remote control.

Additionally, there is a Trailer available, that is held to the same standards and is therefore equally easy to use and compatible with equipment. Its strong 3-axile setup with dual wheels is strong enough to carry even heavy loads safely.
Both the Truck and the Trailer are Sibtat compatible over the connector. This makes it easy to use other third party equipment with the basic needs.

Use

- As this truck is setup with container compatible connectors, any part of equipment using that dimension will fit. This is useful to be operateable in various situations, where third party modules are required. Therefore owning this vehicle as your base is an even more powerful tool than the first glance might show.
- To maximise Compatibility and ease of use, the entire mounting surface has been designed to be as low and as flat as possible. This prevents high weight modules or cargo to excessively interfere with driving behaviour or risking to lose stability. Equipment remains easy to reach and use.
- Clever logic takes care of a lot of stabilization and engine management. ABS Brakes, Auto Parking Brakes and even a Remote Drive Function (set the Radio!) are all included.
- Modern systems include a beautiful dashboard that will turn into a rear view camera when in reverse gear.
- Engine can be started with simply holding Hotkey 1. Lights are on Hotkey 2. With Hotkey 5, the attached Trailer can be released. Hotkey 6 will toggle control of either the Truck, or the rear mounted equipment (Crane).
- Functional Mirrors allow for wide view of the sides and even front corner of your vehicle for maximum First Person Driving.
- Spacious Crew Cabin allowes for transport of up to 4 additional persons. This is enough for most rescue missions, or transport of your friends to enter dangerous territory.

Future Modules

Is there another module you think is required for this? Leave a comment! The more popular a request is, the more I'll consider making an official add-on myself!
