15.ai Voicepack, Canadian Female (Sweetie Belle) [WotC/Vanilla]

Description
= Video demonstrates all four filters, see video description for breakdown =

Young female Canadian voicepack based on the voice of the MLP:FiM character Sweetie Belle as voiced by Claire Corlett. Created using the wonderful https://15.ai/, A website accessible AI Text-To-Speech voice generator with a focus on emotive and believable line delivery from relatively small sample sizes.

-- 1,355 completely unique, custom written and XCOM 2 specific, radio filtered lines.
-- Available separately; Alien-Hybrid/radio, Psionicly Awakened/radio and Synthetic/radio.
-- Lines for *all* classes, including Faction Soldiers and SPARKs
-- No references to the name "Sweetie Belle", or to being a unicorn, etc.
-- She's still a unique voice who makes the occasional reference.
-- Created using StupidPupil's template for Robojumper's script[github.com] to ensure compatibility with both Vanilla and WotC.

============ No one has asked me anything, but here's an F.A.Q. anyway

------- Why?
-- Because I have the time and the patience and 15.ai is too good (and too free) to not take advantage of. On seeing the format and focus of 15.ai my first thought was to use it to create an XCOM 2 voicepack. Making one became an on and off project from there.

------- No I mean, why Sweetie Belle?
-- 15.ai seems to handle FiM characters the best IMO, and Sweetie Belle is a pretty good character to show off emotional inflection and situational tones (E.G. stealth vs loud lines) and a good demonstration of its ability to reproduce even distinctive voices to an impressive degree of accuracy. It's also easier for a writing amateur like myself to work within a loose interpretation of an existing character's personality. Plus, who could possibly object to Sweetie Belle's perfectly pleasant and unique voice?

------ Is that cover art also AI generated?
-- Yes, aside from the text. And you have no idea how long it took. I see things when I close my eyes. I used Craiyon[www.craiyon.com].

------ You know, there are still some pretty rough lines here...
-- Yeah I know. There are 1,355 lines in this pack and every single one of them took many, many rerolls to generate properly. There comes a point when you move on from "Out of the frying pan and into the fire" when take 21 comes out passable. I tried to maintain a consistent minimum standard for inclusion so hopefully I've been discerning enough that no single line will shatter anyone's immersion.

To be clear, 15.ai is entirely capable of producing pitch-perfect lines, and there are many of them in this pack. It's a matter of time and patience. I could spend months refining lines to match the exceptional quality of a select percentage. But "15.ai Voicepack, Canadian Female (Sweetie Belle) [WotC/Vanilla]" isn't exactly my magnum opus. God I hope it isn't.

------ Can I donate to you? Are you like an author or something? Can I buy your book?
-- No.

------ Hey, you said you have time right? Could you do this, but for *15.ai character here*
-- I'm not the most motivated person in the world TBH. This took me about five months of on and off focus to complete as a novel one-off experiment. And I actually wanted to do it. So you know, probably not. But the individual steps aren't very difficult, all required software is free. Trust me, if I can do this, you can.

------- Special Thanks to
-- 15.ai!
-- Robojumper and StupidPupil
-- Central Officer Bradford 1.0
-- Doctor Vahlen's secret volcano lair

which mod includes the bgm song?

I think I like the hybrid version best. The filter covers up 15.ai's tinny sound and Skirmishers are the ones that can most get away with their tone and inflections sounding a bit unnatural.

This works fairly well for a female alien voice

also, the fact that you modified the voices to fit in with Psi ops, skirmishers, and SPARKS is a clearly smart touch

While I'm sceptical about MLP addons in a game that's supposed to be serious, I will agree that 15.ai has far too much voice pack potential to be ignored.

Ok, attempted cook for the basic radio filter, hopefully everything still works. Haven't tested with vanilla XCOM.

Will this be cooked? My puny computer can't handle too many voice mods above 20-30mb

any errors are just Sweetiebot

Yeah, seconding what Iridar is saying. Cooking the mod ought to shrink that from the massive 1000+ mb size down to something more reasonable.

Impressive amount of work. For this kind of filesize, you may want to look into cooking this mod.
