Just a small addon for gravel quarry in the game

- water/sewage disabled
- same specs as vanilla

- No more stuck excavator goes filling up gasoline causing trafick jam situations, if you had clicked wait in trucks.
- We all want excavators stay in workplace like all the time, with external fuel input that is now possible.
- Also you can reduce fuel service if using distribution office by using unloading station, and they not stuck in line waiting.
- If you alternative choose to use conveyor, then the problem is not so much relevant.
