Description
Introduction:
Ancient Cache of Technologies: Secrets of The Shroud is an unofficial submod that adds a new tier of technology to the game. It's at around the same level as Static Light

It revolves around a quest to summon a Shroud Master for your empire. A feat that will grant unlimited power, and endless possibilities. But it won't be easy! To get started, you'll need the Phanon Reactor. Then, you will have to scour the galaxy to answer clues and mysteries, requiring the brightest minds and the most determined leaders! However: we must be careful! One misstep, and we could spell doom to our empire or the galaxy!

Compatibility for AOT is included. However, this mod must be loaded after for things to work properly.

Finally, this is NOT save game compatible.

Tips:
You're going to need an exceptional scientist if you want to research the technologies. Look into getting an Archon from the curators. Otherwise, a Chosen One will do.

You should build as many Void Spheres as possible to support the ludicrous cost of these components. If you're struggling with resource storage, you should build anchorages on sigma or runic starbases.

Keep an eye out for two systems: Celeste and The Golden Archives. They're needed for the mod's event chain so getting them should be a priority.

another archeological site spawned on celeste's gaia world and now the one for the event wont spawn.

How about waiting a bit for the inevitable hotfixes and rebalancing patches to come out before even considering an update?

Ok, i found out the problem which is Gigastructural related, i just disable debris spawning of battleships, titans, colossus and juggernauts and it's fixed now. (Idk why that happens after the update but yeah the problem is solved.)

Somehow every time i build a starbase in the special systems it just crashes the game and i meant it's the Celeste and The Golden Archives system, the crash didn't give any crash info nor even the reason why it crash. This doesn't happens before the update of 4.0.22 and 4.0.23 which is annoying unless it was caused by something else.

I was having problems my game would crash at day 5 of starting and finally found out apparently this mod causes my game to crash abruptly. not sure why it would cause it since the crash logs didn't give much info but it would consistently crash when I have this mod loaded with ACOT, AOT, as well gigastructures.

yeah honestly i expect both system to work like finding the Precursor Home System where they spawn one or two Jump from your border once you have the required technology instead of spawning from beginning game, imagine you play ironman only for some AI Empire decide to Colossus it (albeit its very rare to happen).
